The course is four weeks long and you can access course materials and do the exercises at any time that suits your schedule. You’ll have access to the course for a full year, so feel free to bookmark and come back to exercises as often as you like!
Each week, I’ll post a short explanation of the week’s activity and a video of a 10-15 minute exercise. You’ll watch the intro, then do the exercise several times throughout the week. I’d suggest doing the exercise at least twice before deciding if it’s a good fit for you.
If you like, you can also participate in the private group discussion online. You can ask questions, compare techniques, and suggest other exercises and approaches – anything that helps support each other through this exploration.
I post resources at the end of each module with source materials, explanations of theory, and so on. I put them at the end because anxiety often manifests as over-thinking, and I’d like for you to practice moving your body first and then thinking about it. But by all means – explore the course in the order that suits you!
