- This course contains at least as much content as about four yoga classes and a 90-minute webinar. Depending on where you live, this package likely has a value of $85-125.
- If you are having trouble meeting basic expenses, I don’t want to add to your burdens. $1-5 and a mention on social media would be very much appreciated.
- If you would normally be able to afford yoga classes, massages, or a gym membership, please consider donating a similar amount to what you would spend on a month’s worth of these services.
