After all that decadent holiday food, I bet you’re looking for something light to sip on that’s easy on your tummy! I adore this blend for its bright, light flavor, its festive color, and its functionality. Dandelion leaf and orange peel are a great introduction to digestive bitters – bitter enough to get the juices flowing, and not so bitter as to not also be delicious. The hibiscus adds a little tang and there’s just enough ginger to warm your tongue without blasting your sinuses.
Ingredients: Hibiscus flower, orange peel, dandelion leaf, and ginger root
Directions: 2 tsp per cup of water. Steep 5-7 minutes.
