Description

Anise hyssop is, oddly, neither anise nor hyssop, but rather another member of the mint family sometimes called Korean Mint, Licorice Mint, or Agastache foeniculum. Its flavor is milder than that “black licorice” flavor, but definitely nods in that direction. If you throw out the black jelly beans, you might want to skip this one! Not considered a strong medicinal in any tradition that I’m aware of, it’s still delicious and a nice counterpoint to other teas in the mint family.

Instructions:

Use about one teaspoon of loose tea in a mesh infuser per 8oz cup of tea. Steep 3-5 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.

Includes enough tea to make about 15 cups of tea.
