Spoon one teaspoon of loose tea blend into the included paper tea bag. (Mullein has fine hairs that can irritate, so use the paper bag, not a tea ball or strainer.) Pull drawstring tight and steep in a cup of water for 3-5 minutes. Inhale the steam as it cools to drinking temperature, then savor.
