Just over three weeks until Faire 2026! Prep is kicking into high gear, because not only will I be doing chair somatics again this year, I’ll be providing several teas (and Better Broth!) for the tea table. I’ll also have a few teas for sale – let me know if you’re looking for something specific.

Curious about Somatics? Want to try a mini-adjustment before signing up for a full session? Join me at LUX Tanning and Lounge on June 8, 3:30-5 or so for a 10-minute chair session. Great for back, neck, shoulder and hip tension.
