Format: Syrup kits contain enough dry herbs, spices, and fruits to create 12+ oz of finished syrup. At home, you bring the herbs to a boil in 2 cups of water and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain the mixture and add honey (and sometimes lemon juice) to taste. The result is 12oz of syrup you can keep in the fridge for several weeks. Take it by the spoonful, or stir into hot water for an instant tea! Full instructions are included.

Ingredients: elecampane root, astragalus root, hawthorn berries, bitter orange peel, cinnamon bark, ginger, orange oil, citric acid, plus your own honey (or maple syrup)
