This course is self-paced. It is critical that you not push on to the later stages until you are ready. Take your time and follow the guidelines for moving on. You can return to it any time for a year after you enroll. Feel free to bookmark the exercises for easy replay!
The course is presented in three modules:
- Radical Rest
- Active recovery
In each module, you’ll find:
- The basic biology of what’s happening in your body at that stage of recovery
- Instructions for the actions you should be taking at that stage
- A video you can follow with appropriate exercises for that stage of recovery
- References to reliable scientific resources for further reading
As a bonus, I’ve also included a menu for a week of nutritionally dense meals to help make it easier to feed yourself well! Omni, veggie, and gluten-free options are given.
