I’m glad the elecampane is growing so happily in my garden! I rely on it personally for clear lungs. It’s a key ingredient in my Fire Season Tea and my Joyful Breath syrup.
I joked to Scott that elecampane makes me feel like I’ve taken off a too-tight corset – I can take a full, clear breath again!
