What sports drinks wish they could be! A super-tasty (yet sugar-free) blend with electrolytes, adaptogens, and antioxidants to get you back on your feet after hard work, long play, or a draining case of “the crud.”


A super infusion packed with nutrition! And tasty, too – tangy and flavorful, even without sweetners. Drink 1-2 cups daily, hot or cold, for a boost of minerals, antioxidants, and adaptogens traditionally used to rehydrate, nourish the heart, and restore gut tone.


Put 1/2 cup in a French press or large jar. Add 3-4 cups boiling water and let steep at least 3 hours – overnight is even better! Once brewed, leftovers will keep in the fridge for about 2 days.
