Format: Syrup kits contain enough dry herbs, spices, and fruits to create about a pint of finished syrup. At home, you bring the herbs to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain the mixture and add honey (and sometimes lemon juice) to taste. The result is a syrup you can keep in the fridge for several weeks.
